Record is in Excellent Condition.  It was tested and plays well.  No scratches, skips or noise.

Side 2 has a rubber stamp imprint on the label (see photo)  

The Gatefold outer sleeve is in Very Good Condition.  

The inner sleeve is in good condition, with a fold on the corner and a rubber stamp of the owner. 

Pages 3 - 22 are separated from the booklet.  

Page 23 has a tear at the bottom. 

Page 19 has a small tear at the bottom.
