COMMENTS:-Scarce 2006 UK promotional 10-track double vinyl LP limited to just 500 copies. Scott started writing 'The Drift' in the late 1990's but didn't start recording until late 2004. Working with longtime studio collaborator PeterWalsh, he utilised an astonishing array of sounds & textures including a Flugelhorn & 36-piece string orchestra, housed in a wide spined picture sleeve with illustrated inners plus 24-page booklet. The sleeve shows a few light storage marks and a tiny tear at the bottom of the spine but is otherwise in excellent condition. Record One is TOTALLY MINT, Record two shows a couple of small marks on either side which produce a very light and short click and is otherwise NEAR MINT.

Vinyl Gradings

All my items are graded according to the Record Collector’s grading system:

M (Mint): The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and the extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

EX (Excellent): The record shows some signs of having been played but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VG (Very Good): The record has obviously been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

G (Good): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc.

F (Fair): The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
