Near Mint condition, looks fantastic. Very little play time. No major issues to speak of, very slight folds at edges from initial shipping and storage. Slight tear at top of gatefold — it arrived this way from the warehouse, not due to poor storage. Will be shipped in protective sleeve, professionally packaged, and insured.
If you're seeing this you probably know how rare this is. The last several have sold on Discogs for $800, hence the price here. This is the real deal, so hop to it folks :)
