There are a couple of corners where the shrink wrap has disintegrated -- note the pics in upper left and lower left by the spline. Note that the text on the spline is slightly off & up towards the front of the album cover on the pic that shows "Christmas Portrait A&M SP3210"
Nevertheless look at the jacket both front and back and it looks pretty good for a record this age. AND I will provide a clear outer jacket to continue to protect this for many years to come
