DAVE GAHAN - Hourglass - Very Rare 2-LP Vinyl + CD - SEALED

Still sealed copy of Dave's Hourglass album released in 2007. Vinyl and CD presumed to be mint. With hype sticker on front. Barcode sticker on shrinkwrap, I assume it's a US barcode given that this is a European release. Gatefold sleeve has 1" seam wear top (no split). Very discreet notch through spine, I didn't see it until I examined it a bit closer. Shrink has come off a tiny bit in one corner where there's a hint of wear. Hint of ringwear. Slight crease top right corner. No corner dings and no other flaws. Please see detailed photos.
