Jacket - VG, tearing on seams, mostly on bottom and top, ring wear, light staining. Artwork looks nice, SEE PHOTOS.
Vinyl - VG, Vinyl is clean and glossy with some light marks, a needle grouping. Side 1 is closer to VG+, side 2 is not trashed by any means but has a few more light marks.
Records are graded visually!
