We strive to reuse as much as possible. Your item may arrive in a reused box with reused packaging material. No guarantee can be made as to the packing material coming from a pet/smoke/allergen free environment. 

RETURNS: 

All returns will be hassle free. 

No refunds until item is returned. 

Systems that are returned have a mandatory 15% restocking fee for testing and reinstallation. This includes items listed as being as is and for parts.

No returns or refunds on items stated as being AS-IS, For Parts, Untested, Not Working.

Restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from your refund for items sold as New that are open when returned. Additional deductions will be added if parts are missing.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
