This auction is for the Super Rare and impossible to find LP from John Carpenter's band The Coupe De Villes " Waiting Out The Eighties". The story is that only about 150 were ever pressed for just friends and family of John and his band mates. It is easily verified as an original if you hold the LP up to the light. the vinyl has a brown color indicating as from that pressing. Some other lucky owners of this LP can verify that as well.
I am not vinyl expert, but the condition seems to be very very good. There are no major scratches on the LP and looks almost unplayed. There are some light scuffs however and or dust on it. I would prefer someone who knows what their doing clean it. The cover and sleeve show some wear and scuffs as you would expect from and LP from 1985 but no rips or major tears. Again this was a fun home project release from John Carpenter and not really intended for mass release back then.
