This is it!  The Holy Grail for this album.  I'm finally going to part with it against my best judgment.
You will not see this on eBay or pretty much anywhere else for that fact, hence the "Holy Grail."  
AFI Decemberunderground.  The vinyl is in near mint condition, except for the small bit of smudging that I may have just put on it for picture taking purposes.  I'll let you wipe it as everyone has their own way of protecting their investment.  Not a scratch in the vinyl anywhere.  I am not the original owner so if this has been played, it looks as though it could only have been once as it was handled perfectly.  The record sleeve, while very generic, is the original and in excellent condition.  The jacket looks to be a gate fold as the shrink rap was never fully removed, only enough to grab the vinyl out.  That area (where the record is taken out) is a bit "tattered" for lack of a better word.  The opposite side (the binding) is a bit skewed to an angle, so it is not perfectly straight with crisp edges. The upper left corner of the jacket (looking from the front side) has a slightly turned up corner and some small punctures to the cardboard (see pic #1). The bottom left also has a bit of "creasing."  I would rate the jacket very good.  The insert of the four fellas and the lyrics and such on the other side is in excellent condition.
