I am not a Record dealer (I usually sell books). I bought a large collection at a charity sale. These are not graded by a professional; just giving my opinion in my own words. I no longer have a working turntable, so it's a visual evaluation.
Cover: Average Condition. There is a 2-inch tear at the Spine; and several rough spots on the Spine, also. The original owner's initials are written on the Back Cover.
Record: Also Average condition. Surface blemishes; but nothing serious.
