Recorded live at 924 Gilman St. in Berkeley on February 9, 1996 and featuring the hot pop tunes "Derrel's Porno Song," "Gage," "Untitled," "Alderaan," and "Dianoga." Matt Harvey of Exhumed / Gruesome was in the band at the time, playing a guitar, and he also did some kinda vocals on "Gage." The untitled song was only ever played once, at this show, and this recording of it was previously released on a split 7" with Sloth of which like 300 were pressed. This 10" was released by the band in 2014 with a pressing of 500. Quite a few remain unsold due to lack of any effort to get them distributed. So, this copy is brand new.
The front and back cover are an homage to The Amazing Kornyfone Record Label, a bootleg outfit back in the '70s and '80s. The lettering and some of the text was copied from the back of one of their King Crimson releases. It always seemed like the images they used for their covers were completely random, so here appears Laney the cat, who may actually be more responsible for the existence of Noothgrush than any shitty human.
