Opened copies of records that were purchased from our site will be accepted for return when they are determined to be defective on a case by case basis.  Each vinyl record is listened to, cleaned & curated with care prior to selling it- we do not sell anything below the grade of VG.

All our items are M, NM, EX, VG+, or VG 

Mint, Near Mint, Excellent, Very Good +, or Very Good.

There are no returns on new items.

The Vinyl Record is an imperfect format.

There are frequently minor flaws on records, including manufacturing marks, small ticks, a slight ‘out of round’ condition, or slight ‘not flat’ condition; their presence to this extent does not make a record defective.  Where exactly ‘the line’ is in order to determine it defective rests in the subjective evaluation by Pop Wax.  Defects caused by the customer are not a reason for a return. We take our time curating each and every record for maximum expected happiness.

We do not sell any items that skip or severely scratched. We take pride in our work.
