Two politically charged early 80’s soul jazz cuts. Featuring the vocals of the late Somayah ‘Peaches’ Moore Khaliq who on “Brotherman” lays down a wholehearted message over the head nodding, reggae infused groove. The flip side and our personal favourite is the jazzy “Geronimo Pratt,” a song that tells the story of a falsely imprisoned Black Panther member who was released in the 90s after being wrongly accused. Another sad story in the long line of miscarriages of justice in the American legal system. Very rare and very hard to find the original pressing
