In general this is a great gatefold copy, but it unfortunately does have some water damage on the top edge of the cover. Vinyl is VG+ (visual grading) with only a few small scuff marks. The sleeve would be VG++ if not for an area of water damage and a name in pen (rear cover top left) so I have rated it G+/VG. 

Some early ring wear mainly on rear. (see images).

Would go for $100 except for water stain.... priced accordingly
