In 2007 Wino , Jean Paul Gaster ( CLUTCH) , and Jon Blank(REZIN, Unorthodox) started writing music for the first album under the title “WINO” , or “ The Wino Bams “ as it was also referred to z
A year and a half later the songs were complete and recording took place at MagpieStudios under the production leadership of Jay Robbins /Jawbox) .
11 blistering , heavy , haunting , and beautiful songs fill out the very limited green pressing vinyls .
And on a surprise did I my vinyl owners there is a 10” , very rare (only 500 in the world $ featuring 4 additional songs : Chest Fever , der Gift, the Comet and the moon , and On the Sacrificial Lamb.
The band carried through 1 small European tour .
Jon Blank passed soon after . R.I.P. , and was replaced on bass by Brian White of Dog Fashion Disco .
