First pressing of Hell Awaits on Metal Blade/Combat Records. With original inner sleeve with lyrics. Side 1 is EX/NM. Side 2 would be EX/NM but there is one scratch through part of Praise Of Death (track B1), which is audible in a few parts during the latter portion of the song. No skips. The rest of the record looks EX/NM and plays perfectly with no issues.
