The cardboard (fold out) sleeve is in excellent shape, but there's a faded out name signed on the front cover, and then again once more on the inside. Not an eyesore, but it clearly bumps it down to VG+. No rips, stains, or major fading/discolorations. Still has nice glossy finish.
Vinyl itself just has a handful of very light scratches. Tested, plays great! VG+
Inlay condition is shown, would say it's VG+ as well.
