Vinyl records are an imperfect format. Sometimes there are frequent minor flaws on records, including manufacturing marks, small ticks, a slight ‘out of round’ condition, or slight ‘not flat’ condition; their presence to this extent does not make a record defective.  Where exactly ‘the line’ is in order to determine it defective rests in the subjective evaluation by Pop Wax.  Defects caused by the customer are not a reason for a return. We take our time curating each and every record for maximum expected happiness.

We do not sell any items that skip or severely scratched. We take pride in our work.
