Rolling Stones - Let it Bleed original Decca Mono album 1969 release LK 5025. This is rare in mono as it was being phased out. Both boxed and unboxed Decca on labels were used simultaneously for this release.
Matrix XARL-9363.P-2A/XARL-9364.P-1A is 1st press variant 3 in Discogs listing. LK.5025 on label. See stonesondecca.com for the following. Pinhole cover, designed to show red on mono inner sleeve, has "printed in England" making it 1969/70. The boxed Decca label version 2 label was used late '69 to early '70, both boxed and unboxed being used in early pressings meaning there was a high volume of both in what could legitimately be called 1st pressings. There was usually a sticker on the cover indicating a poster included but these could be front or back and as in this case (there is no sign of one being removed) not necessarily applied at all.
Cover VG+ - a couple of slight creases causing beginning of separation of laminate adjacent to spine, slight scuffing to album outline, spine otherwise solid, slight tear to laminate top centre of cover. Rear very clean, a few slight creases. Please see photos as part of description.
Vinyl EX - hardly any surface marks visible.
Inner is Decca red mono of the type designed to show through peephole, but the customised original with track listing and credits including London Bach Choir only seen on early copies.
Poster remarkable with semi-matt finish and a hint of a fold in one corner. Probably never opened after purchase.
