COMBINED SHIPPING

We will make every effort to combine shipping when possible.  If you purchase more than one item, DO NOT PAY until you receive an invoice from us.  Media Mail items (books, records, tapes, etc.) cannot be combined with other items at the lower media mail rate.

GRADING INFORMATION

Through handling, use and storage, you may expect creases, bends, corner wear, ringwear, stickers, sticker residue, etc. on the covers, even though it may not be visible on the photographs or in the description.  Labels may have spindle marks or writing.  Inner sleeves may have splits, tears or folds.

Grading is based on visual inspection of vinyl only, covers are not graded.  Cutouts do not influence vinyl grading but are noted separately.  Minor warping of vinyl may not be noticed during visual inspection.

“Shrink on Cover” means the record, while open, still has the remains of the shrink wrap on the cover.

"Promo" means a record labeled promo, demo, audition, radio/TV use only, etc.

S - SEALED:  Still sealed in wrapper.

EX - EXCELLENT:  Never been played to a few plays.  Minor scuffs from dust jacket.

VG+ - VERY GOOD +:  Some light scuffs or scratches, fingerprints, other minor signs of handling and play.

VG - VERY GOOD:  Scuffs, some scratches, visual inspection indicated record may have minor surface noise when played.

G - GOOD:  Scratches, groove wear, probable surface noise, well played.

POLICIES

SHIPPING - We use USPS and FedEx for the majority of shipments, and every effort is made to ship items the day after cleared payment is received.  Obviously, regardless of auction ending or payment times, we cannot ship on Sundays, holidays, or other days when the post office or FedEx is closed, or there are other shipper service reductions.

SHIPPING COSTS – Shipping costs are non-negotiable.  We always try and select the most economical shipping method for each item.  Do not bid on or purchase an item with the expectation of “cheaper” shipping.  As shipping costs are always stated in the auction, we will not send an invoice unless one is requested. 

RETURNS & ERRORS – All items are sold as-is and without warranty and we reserve the right to correct errors.

SECOND CHANCE OFFERS – Sometimes we are able to make second chance offers if we have multiple items or a buyer does not complete the transaction.  These offers are made only within e-Bay’s system.  Offers made outside of e-Bay’s second chance system are fraudulent.
