From their LP 1984, this item is Van Halen's, BILLBOARD HOT 100 hit wich reached the #87 peak position in June of 1985, "Hot For Teacher / Little Dreamer", Warner Brothers 29199, 7", 45 RPM in a harder-to-find Picture Sleeve.

Old store stock copy. The record itself is in a beautiful NEAR MINT~UNPLAYED condition with its original shiny/glossy, mirror-like playing surface. The labels are in MINT condition. The Picture Sleeve is also in a extremely nice NEAR MINT condition with only the very slightest hint of any wear, if at all. The Picture Sleeve is nice and flat with absolutely no tears, writing, stickers, stamps, staple holes or seam splits.

ALL my 45 RPM's and Picture Sleeves are housed in their own individual 7" protective plastic sleeves. In the case of a 45 RPM having a Picture Sleeve the 45 RPM is housed in a 7" white paper sleeve. My 45 RPM's have been kept separate from their Picture Sleeves since I purchased them. Also, in most cases where there is not a Picture Sleeve, my 45 RPM's are housed in their original company paper sleeve.
