I am not a professional but I would say the condition of the record is at least VERY GOOD if not VERY GOOD+ Some minor, normal wear you'd expect on a much-loved album.
I would put the condition of the sleeve at FAIR. Many scratches, some tear offs, ring wear - lots of "character"
