Cover:  1 1/2" cut in the upper right front corner. Light front ring seam. A couple of small creases on the upper left front corner. 2" cut in the upper left back corner. Light ring seam. 2 creases on the right upper back corner and the lower right corner. 9" thin scratch in the back.

Stock paper sleeve. 

Vinyl Condition: Beautiful condition: no visible scratches or scuff. Tested throughout with very subtle surface noise on some songs, but the listening experience is not hindered.
