Released by United Artists Records in 1975. 
Limited edition fold-out sleeve (opening into the shape of a shield); includes inner sleeve with track list and full credits.
Track A5 is listed as "The Demented King" on the label and as "The Demented Man" on the inner sleeve.
Tracks A1 and A2 listed as Part I and Part II on the inner sleeve with a combined time of 10:20
Track B1 mis-spelled as "Magno" on label
Comes with a gatefold sleeve and printed inner sleeve. 

The record is untested so sound quality is unknown, but it looks in good playable condition. There are a few very fine scratches which shouldn't affect sound. There is some dust and finger marks to be cleaned. The centre labels have a few surface scratch marks but light wear overall. The inner sleeve has a slight ring mark, general wear to edges/corners, and some fine surface scratches. The outer gatefold sleeve is in good condition. There is some light wear to the edges and corners, and some scuffs which have faded the colour in places. The spine has some crease lines visible, and the back of the sleeve has a few brown marks in the centre.
