THIS "THE WHO" IS SEALED IN A VINYL ENVELOPE. THE "CLASSIC RECORDS" ARE SEALED PARTIALLY ACROSS  THE TOP SEAM. THE SEAL IS 3 INCHES LONG. THE REMAINDER  OF THE VINYL ENVELOPE IS OPEN - NOT SEALED.  THE SEAL HAS A "PEEL HERE" INSTRUCTION.
THE SEAL HAS NOT BEEN REMOVED ON THIS ALBUM.

PAYMENT POLICY:  Payment is due within 4 days from the end of the auction.

Seller uses eBay Managed Payment System so we accept PayPal, credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.   No reminders to pay or duplicate invoices will be sent.  If payment is not received after 4 days, item will be relisted or offered to next highest bidder.  Non paying winners are reported to Ebay.

SHIPPING POLICY:   Can take up to 5 days after payment is received.

WE TRY TO SHIP ALL ITEMS ANYWHERE FROM 3 TO 7 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.  If you need your item sooner, please email and we will ship ASAP!

FOR REGULAR AUCTIONS:  WE WILL COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE ITEMS TO SAVE ON SHIPPING!  If you win more than one item, we will send a new invoice with the combined shipping cost within 24 hours after the auction ends.

USA SHIPPING:  USPS PRIORITY MAIL with insurance.  If you are local and want to pick your items up from the seller, arrangements can be made.  

REFUND POLICY:   We accept returns only if item is not as described above. Buyer must return item in the original condition as sent by seller within 7 days of receipt of the item. If the item has been tampered with, we will not issue a refund. Buyer must notify seller if they are returning an item and state the reason why. Postage is not refundable.
