No holes to the manufacturer's plastic cover. 3 sharp corners. A crease to 1 corner. Overall nice condition to the sleeve/jacket except for that 1 blemish. Vinyl pressumed mint since the item is sealed and I see no signs of ring wear. Keep in mind this was a limited vinyl release that is OOP. As of this listing, I'm the cheapest on Ebay for a new copy.
