I'm not a record person and this is not play graded. That said, this album appears in great condition.  The cover shows some slight bumps and creases as well as some rubbing, more pronounced on the back, from being next to other albums.  The sleeve looks to be in really good shape as does the album itself.  I can't see any overt scratches and it generally looks clean. I'm thinking it should be graded as being in excellent condition.
