Up for auction is my special edition copy of Radiohead's stellar LP "A Moon Shaped Pool" released on XL recordings in 2016. I am the only owner, I purchased the album when it came out and never removed the records from the sleeves. I didn't photograph them because I didn't want to risk any sleeve scuffs taking them in and out. I am grading them as NM since they have never been taken out of the sleeves. I have also never removed the CDs. The sleeve/materials have a very minimal bit of wear: there is a few *tiny* spots of adhesive from the plastic packaging that are visible. This can be seen in the last photos above. There is also a *tiny* (like less than a quarter inch) tear on just *one* of the pages in the book. Other than those minor imperfections it is flawless. I grade the sleeve and other packaging materials at EX-.

All in all, this is what you get:  Case bound album, inspired by the albums for 78rpm shellac records in the library of La Fabrique, France 32 pages of artwork The 11 track album on two heavyweight 12" vinyl records Two compact discs: one with the album and one with two extra tracks Recording tape belly band applied * * This is a piece of a Radiohead ½ inch master tape from an actual recording session. The tape degrades over time and becomes unplayable. We thought rather than it ending up as landfill we would cut it up and make it useful as a part of the special edition. A new life for some obsolete technology... Each loop contains about ¾ of a second of audio - which could be from any era in the band's recording past going back to Kid A.
