La copertina è davvero leggermente sciupata, direi EX.
Sia la copertina che le labels hanno un piccolo foro, che designava i dischi omaggio, o comunque non in commercio (v.foto).

The sleeve has just a minimun of wear, EX.
Both record and picture sleeve have a small drill hole.
By the way, though "Queen Of The House" was the top-side worldwide, it seems that in Italy "the Greatest Actor" was considered the A-side.
