This is part of a collection from a now-defunct Los Angeles record store (Vinyl Fetish) that collected and sold a lot of 12" singles and promo records of UK electronic music from the 90s and early 2000s. This is a set of mostly 12" singles with a couple of remixes with a few LPs, double albums, and EPs mixed in.

All of the albums and songs are house music or house adjacent. Most are singles worth $5 or less, but can be difficult to find or expensive to import despite their low value. This is an interesting and unusual slice of mostly UK electronic music culture that would make a nice start or addition to your collection.
Almost all of the records have a price sticker or two on the cover and need dusting and often a light cleaning. I have done my best to describe the condition of the records below, but this is by no means a professional grading job, since I did not have time to actually test play any of the records and I don't have much experience grading records. I tried to go by the Goldmine grading chart. Most have very little wear from play, they look like they are in relatively pristine condition in areas without scratches or dirt, except for lots of dust.

Below is a list of the records and my attempt at grading them. I think some of the earlier ones are a little optimistic, but I did my best to explain the reason for grading. The grades are of the records, not the covers, which are generally worn and often water damaged.
