The records play VG++. However, there is subtle lead in surface noise for a few seconds on 5 sides. The strongest surface noise is at the beginning of Siberian Khatru. It goes away after 10 seconds. It was present when I opened the record after I got home from Record Store Day, and it improved slighlty after a wet vacuum cleaning with Nitty Gritty #2 solution. Regardless, Anderson's vocals are nice and centered here, and of course the rest of the group is great. Please let me know if you have questions. The cover is new. I did place the decals from the cellophane on the inside of the sleeve.
