Stunningly rare. 2 sided LP. Was originally provided to WSAI FM in Cincinnati, and saved from the trash during a format change 40 years ago. Cannot verify playable condition as I don't have a record player, but it was dry stored in a box in an attic. Included paperwork is in excellent condition. These LPs are virtually unobtainable.
