The Best of Muddy Waters is a greatest hits album by Muddy Waters released by Chess Records in April 1958. The twelve songs were originally issued as singles between 1948 and 1954 and most appeared in Billboard magazine's top 10 Rhythm & Blues Records charts.
The vinyl is in a clean, great sounding EXC+. There are somr crackles, mostly between tracks and a pop on Side 1 (around track 4).
The cardboard cover is in a very nice EXCELLENT condition, with some minor age discolration, slight edge wear on the opening side and a minor seam rip on the bottom edge near the middle of about 2.5" (the rest of the seam on either side of this small opening is solid.)
This album plays very nicely and is in pretty great shape! 😎👍
