Record has a few light scratches, plays well and sounds good with minimal surface noise. Sleeve has minor dings in cover, mild ring and corner wear but overall VG. Mostly falls in country/vocal territory with a few ballady AOR-ish moments. Singer is very good, high falsetto. Signed on front in ink pen.
