No holes to the manufacturer's plastic cover. Nice corners and no dings/creases. Overall, very nice condition to the sleeve/jacket. MOV hype sticker. No price tags or sticker residue. Vinyl presumed mint since the item is sealed and I see no signs of ring wear. Keep in mind this was a limited vinyl release that is OOP. There is a new colored vinyl re-issue but it is not heavyweight 180 gram.
