This is the First Press of Beastie Boys Licensed To Ill on Def Jam from the UK.
I suspect it is a very early copy because it has no hype sticker which is common among later issues. It was released without a hype sticker or poster.
These were issued with two different vinyl labels. This one is from Def Jam. I am also posting another copy with the Island Music LTD. label.
There are none on Discogs from US Sellers, and the price is lower than any that are listed there in similar condition.
