Vinyl is in EX rarely played condition w/ no issues. No writing on label
Cardboard outer sleeve is in EX condition due to the fact that original plastic covering is still on the cover.
Paper inner sleeve is original and in good condition.
FIRST the "bad" news: The upper right hand corner (see second scan) has been clipped. Think that's a bad thing.
NOW, the "good news". I think this is a first pressing. In the vinyl matrix runouts is "denny/Georgetown".
Let's run it up the flagpole and see if anyone salutes at an opening bid of $39.99!!
