The record itself is in pretty good shape. It did not skip and had normal surface noise. I would have considered it 'very good', but the original owner wrote his name on the label and I'm not sure how that affects the grading, so I tried to be conservative. .
The sleeve has some splits on the edges, some discoloration and the same name written on it. See photos.
