In great condition, Near Mint on the Goldmine grading scale. The record itself has no wear whatsoever and has never been played.  There are no marks, blemishes or wear on the record whatsoever. The sleeve itself is in VG condition with no wear except one corner. It includes a large lyrics booklet with some incredible art in near mint condition. The booklet has no visible wear or blemishes. See the photos included in this listing for more detail. As it is unplayed I cannot verify that the records play perfectly, only that a visual inspection shows no issues whatsoever. 

This is an absolute classic of a record. If you like folk electronica, this is a must listen.
