VG+ laminate cover. You’re eseentially buying the cover. 

POOR disc, due to a weird pressing imperfection causes jumping and skipping across most of the record, tough to figure out. I dont see any issues. It visually would grade near VG+, but a rare lemon out of Plastylite.
