There is not much the seller can do once the tracking shows your package was delivered. Unfortunately, you will have to do some investigating yourself. Here are a few ideas. If you need more information from me, please let me know.
You may want to talk to any household members to see if they picked it up for you. Over 85% of missing packages are located when search for locally. Also, ask your neighbors, it does happen that the letter carrier misdelivers your package.
You should contact your local Post Office as soon as possible. They will contact the Mail Carrier that marked it as being delivered and the Mail Carrier may be able to tell you where the package was delivered.
Have the Postmaster check and see what the GPS location of the scan was. Also, is the time stamp on the delivery the same as the usual delivery time? And have them ask the carrier EXACTLY where the package was placed.
If not then your Postmaster needs to take steps with the carrier, if they do not then contact the postal inspectors.
If you are still unable to locate it, there is an investigation process that you need to follow
This includes contacting and filling a missing item report with your local Post Office, signing an affidavit that the item is missing, and filing a mail theft report with your local Law enforcement if warranted. This processes might take 1-2 weeks.
On the chance it was stolen, report it to the US Postal Inspection Service if it still can't be located.https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/

Sealed    Jacket sealed shut in shrink wrap; disc sold ungraded or "as is".
NM    Appears unplayed and will bear no marks, sleeve scuffs, or scratches. We seldom use this grade.
VG++    May have one or two visible imperfections (i.e. sleeve scuffs, faint scratches, or other superficial marks) that will not affect play.
VG+    A few visible imperfections. These may include sleeve scuffs, light scratches, or other superficial marks.
VG    Same imperfections found on VG+ records but in slightly greater numbers. Records graded VG and above will typically not have any scratches that are deep enough to be felt with a fingernail.
VG-    A number of visible imperfections; the presence of a considerable number of light scratches will force a VG- grade, as will the presence of significant isolated defects such as scratches deep enough to be felt with a fingernail.
