This is a vintage 1983 Talking Heads "Speaking in Tongues" Picture Disc. This limited edition album cover was designed by Robert Rauschenberg. The record label is Sire and the artist is Talking Heads, known for their experimental and genre-defying music. The clear record is in good condition.
