I heared this record about 20 times, and always touched it with washed hands. No fatty or dirty fingers!
The vinyl was only touched on the sides and carefully.
It was played dry always, never washed. So it is like I bought it. When I bought it, it was new.

There are no scratches or dirt on the vinyl. I think there is some daily dust on it but it is normal for a clean household.

I would say, this one is in very good condition and an opportunity to buy for a cheap price. Hope I could help out.
