Rare original 1st UK mono pressing of the self titled debut album by The Small Faces “The Small Faces”

Side 1: XARL-7217-5A 21 KT M SU A

Side 2: XARL-7218-3A 1 KT 1

Visually the vinyl grades as VG. Lots of fine paper scuffs and non feelable marks. The record has clearly been played many times and the label on one side is very faded (presumably from the record being washed). HOWEVER the record is fully play tested and it plays really well. There is light crackle evident in the spaces between tracks, but otherwise it sounds great. The music is loud and mostly clear throughout. A few light crackles here and there but genuinely unobtrusive and minimal. It doesn’t look great but is a decent playing copy! Play grade is VG+

The sleeve is G+ to VG-. Water ripple on front cover near opening edge. Writing on the rear, tape and tape residue from previous repairs. See photos.

Original inner is VG. Lots of creasing.

Overall this doesn’t look great but still sounds powerful and is really enjoyable too!
