This is a US vinyl pressing on VEE-JAY Records VJLP 1092 from 1964. It is the Mono pressing. The labels are black with colorband and VJ in brackets. The cover has the gatefold cover that only covers 2/3 on the front.
This album came with the 'Introducing The Beatles' record on VJLP 1062, that plays the version two songs "Ask Me Why" and "Please Please Me". The record labels have "Introducing The Beatles" and "The Beatles" printed above the spindle hole. The colorband around the labels have all the correct colors. The distance from the last song to the label is exactly 7/8 inch.
The matrix runouts are etched : Side 1 : 63-3402 ARC AB and 'AudioMatrix' ( is stamped) and Side 2 : 63-3403 ARC A 'AudioMatrix' (is stamped).

The cover is VG with no writing, no tape, and no tears. There is light overall wear, corner wear, tiny tape residues on the back cover at top left, and a repaired seam split at top right. The vinyl looks VG and it plays VG+, with light handling marks. There is a long scuff on each side that play through fine. There is light static at the begining of each side and between each song. Both labels are clean with lots of spindle marks
