Has original plastic wrap on it, which is what the sticker is on. Some discoloration on the sleeve in the bottom left corner as shown in the picture and a small hole on the bottom left side. Vinyl plays well, with minor pops and crackles. Picture shows the most evident blemish on the vinyl, but even that played through just fine.
