Sleeve has quite a bit of wear, significant pen markings on both sides, small sticker residue on back cover, medium warpage in cover, relatively mild ring wear, various dings in cover. Graded as good but would call it good plus if not for the writing. Record and label (which also has a long marker marking on one side) have significant scuffing, played well though, surface noise/crackle is low and non obtrusive. Good plus/good.
