Cecil Gant 12” metal acetate 78   How Can I Sleep flip side has a much shorter version of this, but sounds like the same version
The numbers inscribed on the acetate and the old sleeve has V-500-CG-49
The playing grooves begin 1/3 into acetate and in a little cloudy VG+++ condition. 
This must have stood in 4 Star studio warehouse untouched and unplayed for over 75 years.
