I have described the record as near mint but it actually looks MINT to me! Gatefold sleeve can safely be described as excellent I would say.
I am a hi-fi enthusiast but have not owned a record deck for about 25 years now. All the albums I have listed will be in great condition unless described differently. All albums have been stored in protected conditions.
