Crazy excellent condition I would say near mint on everything but the book has a little wear on the bottom right. The inside is perfect. I think I was the first person to pull the records out of the sleeves in order to photo graph them, this is almost a museum quality piece of American recording history. The back light gray cover of the book is dirty.
